Positioned on an irregular site, the home maximizes the buildable area while capturing expansive valley and mountain views.
The design emphasizes natural light and a strong connection to the landscape through large windows, open living spaces, and generous ceiling heights. Clean architectural forms, horizontal roof lines, and a restrained material palette create a contemporary Northwest aesthetic that remains timeless.
The split-level layout responds naturally to the sloping site, opening the primary living spaces toward the views while maintaining privacy from the street. Planned for both everyday family life and entertaining, the home reflects design principles that continue to define MDesign Concepts' work—functional, site-responsive architecture tailored to each client's lifestyle.
