Max Plukchi, AIA
Max is a licensed architect in Washington and Hawaii. His career in the building industry began hands-on as a framer where he gained a practical understanding of construction that continues to inform his design approach today. This foundation has shaped a perspective that values both creative vision and constructability.
Working in architecture since 2004, Max has developed a comprehensive understanding of the design and construction process from concept through completion. His experience spans residential and large-scale commercial projects, where he advanced to project captain—overseeing complex developments through land use approvals, permitting, and construction.
In 2021, Max founded MDesign Concepts with the goal of offering a more personal and collaborative design experience. His work focuses on custom homes and commercial projects across Oregon, Washington, and Hawaii, emphasizing practical, context-driven solutions that balance function, clarity, and enduring design.
Max’s approach combines technical precision with a client-focused process—rooted in clear communication, thoughtful design, and lasting quality.
